So its been
quiet around here lately, and I have a good excuse. For those of you who don’t yet know this, I started working for Melissa Rodwell around the end of October as her first Assistant, I’ve recently started doing some retouching as well! What this means is that I’ve been busy and haven’t shot much on my own lately, but don’t worry there’s shoots in the works! Check back soon and if all goes to plan there will be some new treats!
I did shoot some riding a few weeks back so for now you can check these out and wish you could invert like R-Dogg and Kyle J, and then try to wrap you mind around Dusty’s turndown. Brakeless, Chainless, Sprocketless…

Give
Thanks. For a few days around thanksgiving I ventured back up north and got to get a shoot in. I photographed a couple of my friends from my home town of Davis, and my friend Kelli that I haven’t seen in just about forever came by and did some rad hair and makeup. You might recognize Stephanie as I’ve shot her before, Gabi and I just met but when she came down to LA and it was awesome that she was psyched to shoot. Neither of them have done much if any modeling but they killed it pretty hard! I’m trying to shoot as much as I can to give my book a nice little update, so hopefully there will be more soon!

Dan The Man
Wants more blog posts. Unfortunately I haven’t shot much recently but thats hopefully all going to change soon. But for now heres a different version of a shot I did back at Hallmark… I think I like it better than the one that I turned in with my portfolio haha…

I thought I’d let you all know
That I got some film yesterday for my holga, which I haven’t shot with in a long long long time. I’m just going to bring it with me everywhere for a while and see what happens, and someday when I am able to scan the film, I might show you some treats! I feel like things are starting to pick up a little bit, but we’ll see! Have a good day while I sweat my brains out!
So the first thing that happened when Rick and I went down to the Beach
was a lady asked for a picture with him. She sent it to him, I’m in the background laughing, I guess you probably had to be there but the whole situation was pretty classic. Then this dude asked for a picture too, and that was a little weird…

Saturday Morning
was productive for a change. Met up with my friend Fiona and we went out to the hills and took some shots. I like them and I hope you do too!
Coming soon… Rick Nolte and the most epic moustache ever.

Los Angeles
is on fire. So its hot and muggy. But thats ok because its treating me pretty well so far! Just wanted to give the little update… I’m trying to get a few shoots planned so there might just be some sweet new images coming your way! Keep those eyes peeled. Heres a re-edit of an old shot that I did yesterday… enjoy!

Los Angeles
Is where I’m going, starting tomorrow! I still love you Nor Cal, but its time to migrate…
